This may well be the best law firm for conveyancing! We recently bought a flat in a new development and JLO were on the panel of law firms. We were very dubious at first as our experience of law firms in this sector was that they provided very poor service; were impossible to contact; never able to speak to the same person twice etc.

All of our preconceptions were confounded! Ash Hamrahian and his colleagues could not have been more helpful, more immediately responsive and understanding of our issues. The transaction itself went as smoothly as it is possible to imagine. Everything was clearly explained and documentation delivered on time. The fees were extremely reasonable as well.
